Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping — 1 business day (order must be placed before 12PM CST)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Honey Dip Butters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the damaged item and we will make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Honey Dip Butters is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
